1. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are provided based on photos or an in-person assessment and are valid for 14 days. The final price will only differ from the quote if the shed's size, condition or access differs materially from what was described, and any change will be agreed with you before work proceeds.
2. Access & Site Conditions
You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the shed on the agreed date. Additional charges may apply where access is significantly more difficult than described at quote stage.
3. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Late cancellations may be subject to a call-out charge.
4. Waste Disposal
Remove Old Shed Ltd is a registered waste carrier. Waste is disposed of at licensed facilities in line with UK waste regulations, with recycling used where practical.
5. Liability
We carry public liability insurance for all work carried out. Any pre-existing damage to fences, paths or structures should be noted before work begins.
